The aim of Beit Ruth's Sports Therapy Program is to give at-risk girls the opportunity to engage in physical activities that contribute to their overall emotional and physical health. Through Sports Therapy, Beit Ruth girls acquire a multitude of skills, knowledge, and benefits, including physical strength and endurance, lowering the risk of diseases, and stress relief. Furthermore, sports provides the girls the opportunity to learn critical life skills, such as leadership and teamwork, building stronger relationships, positive sportsmanship, and improving communications.

Daneille Burenstien, Executive Director of Beit Ruth, sent a heartwarming project update and video:

"I'm writing to you - and our friends from JNF Canada - from the Beit Ruth Village and looking at the AMAZING outdoor gym that you helped to build! Attached are some pictures from the groundbreaking to construction to completion - to capture how the project took shape, step-by-step! The girls have been watching the construction with great anticipation and they've already told me how much they're looking forward to learning how to use all of the new equipment. They can't believe someone they've never met has invested so much in them, but I tell them whenever I come here that there is goodness and kindness in the world - you are a perfect example of that."

The Builder, who wishes to remain anonymous, replied:

Plans are in progress for the Builder and their family, to visit Beit Ruth and meet the girls and staff, the next time they are in Israel. Another successful Builders Circle story and life-long connection to Israel!
