Master Class Studio at Hassadna Music Conservatory

Who you will help

Hassadna provides unique, high-quality music education opportunities to 650 children and youth up to 18 years old, regardless of religion, ethnicity or socioeconomic background. Hassadna also provides scholarships to further support three under-served groups: at-risk teenagers, Ethiopian-Israeli immigrants, and special needs children. Distinguished artists from Israel and abroad teach masterclasses, inspire pupils and produce one of Israel's most celebrated festival-workshops focused on original Israeli music. Hassadna provides each pupil with the highest caliber musical instruction while ensuring that every child longing to experience the gift of music can access this life-changing opportunity. The successful Conservatory has for many years operated out of inadequate, makeshift facilities within a building that also serves as a primary school in the mornings, meaning that every afternoon, heavy and costly equipment must be re-arranged to set up the classrooms. This impedes Hassadna from providing the most suitable conditions for music education and fulfilling its full potential.
