Who you will help 

Patients with Alzheimer's and dementia-related diseases are highly dependent on long-term therapy - access to quality care directly extends the lives of Alzheimer's patients while lessening their suffering, and that of their loved ones. At the Israeli Alzheimer's Medical Center, residents in the different stages of their disease are offered treatment and services to support their daily living. A rich schedule of activities is proven to preserve cognitive abilities and lift patients' spirit - programming includes physical and nutritional care, social activities and occupational and creative arts therapies.

Your donation will fund

Within the Alzheimer's ward, residents live in shared rooms. The ward requires the renovation of new bedrooms to ensure a comfortable living space as well as meet requirements from the Ministry of Health. The top-to-bottom renovation includes new floors, ceiling and lighting, windows, doors and painting as well as new plumbing systems and sanitary equipment. The donor will be invited for a tour of the renovated center along with a special inauguration ceremony, and their name will be displayed prominently at the entrance to the new room.
